Discord Profile Information: When you log into the dashboard via Discord OAuth, we collect basic profile information (such as your User ID, username, and avatar) to authenticate you.
Discord Server Data: When you invite the bot to a server, we collect necessary server data (such as Guild IDs, channel IDs, and role configurations) to execute bot commands, send welcome messages, process custom commands, and save your dashboard preferences.
Technical & Security Data: We collect IP addresses and standard web request data. This is strictly used for security purposes (such as rate-limiting and preventing API spam via Cloudflare) and is not used to track you across the internet.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to:

Operate, maintain, and provide the automation and entertainment features of RBX Toolbot and the rbxweb.net dashboard.
Authenticate your identity securely without using passwords.
Protect our infrastructure from automated abuse, DDoS attacks, or malicious scraping.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with essential infrastructure providers (like our hosting and security services) strictly for the purpose of keeping the service online and secure.

We implement industry-standard security measures. We do not store passwords, as all authentication is handled securely via Discord OAuth tokens. Our API is protected by rate-limiting and web application firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as you use our services.

To delete your data: You can revoke RBX Toolbot's OAuth access in your Discord user settings (User Settings → Authorized Apps).
Removing the bot from your Discord server will halt all data collection for that specific server. If you wish to request a complete purge of your server's data from our database, please contact us in our support server.
